Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you, and what to do if something isn't quite right.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been collected by our courier.
UK Delivery
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day) please allow additional time.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union and to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our shipping rates.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number)
To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible via the Contact page. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched.
My tracking number isn't updating — what should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch. If there is no update after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on request. Simply add a note at checkout and we will wrap your order beautifully at no extra charge.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately via the Contact page. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can update the address. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
Do you ship to PO boxes or BFPO addresses?
We can ship to BFPO addresses via Royal Mail. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.
